CORRIGENDUM ISSUED ON 4 JANUARY 2023: EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR THE SUBMISSION OF TENDER OFFER FOR TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: JED/MSN/ITT/001

This corrigendum is to inform the tenderers that the deadline for the submission of the tender offer for the following Invitation to Tender (ITT) has been extended to 7 February 2023, at 3:30pm local time (GMT +3). All other information mentioned on the Instructions to Tenderers remain valid.

TENDER REFERENCE NO.: JEDMSN/ITT/2022/001

You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the
Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) for
the provision of watchmen services for the Consulate-General for a period of 2 (two) years from
1 April 2023 to 31 March 2025. The contract may be renewed for a further 1-year period, at the
sole discretion of the Authority in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Invitation to
Tender.

2 This ITT contains the following. You are required to contact the Consulate-General to obtain a copy of the following documents before your submit your tender proposal.
a) Covering Letter with the prescribed Form of Tender;
b) Instructions to Tenderers;
c) Conditions of Contract;
d) Requirement Specifications;
e) Guidelines for Tenderers; and
f) Evaluation Criteria.

3 The prescribed Form of Tender attached to this Covering Letter must be fully
completed.

4 Your Tender Offer must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITT.
You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITT before submitting your
Tender Offer.
