PURCHASE OF OFFICIAL VEHICLE FOR THE CONSULATE-GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN JEDDAH

  To all Potential Suppliers

2 You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for Provision Of Official Vehicle for The Consulate-General of The Republic of Singapore in Jeddah.

  This ITQ contains the following:

  a)                   Covering Letter;

  b)                   Instructions to Quote; 

  c)                   Conditions of Contract;

  d)                   Requirement Specifications;

  e)                   Guidelines for Quotation; and

  f)                    Evaluation Criteria.

Please contact the Consulate-General to obtain a copy of the ITQ documents.

3 Your Quotation must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITQ. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITQ before submitting your Quotation.
