To all Potential Suppliers

You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consuslate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”), to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for a group Insurance Policy for Locally-Recruited Staff and their Dependants at the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Jeddah.

2 This ITQ contains the following:

1. Covering Letter;

2. Instructions to Potential Suppliers;

3. Conditions of Contract;

4. Requirement Specifications and Evaluation Criteria.

You are advised to contact the Consulate-General directly for a copy of the abovementioned documents.

3 Your Quotation must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITQ. Please contact the Consulate-General for a set of the ITQ documents. You are advised to read carefully all documents related to this ITQ before submitting your Quotation. All quotations shall be submitted no later than 1530hrs on Tuesday, 11 October 2022.
