Lost / Stolen Passports

Find out what to do if your passport is lost or stolen.

If your passport is lost or stolen, you will need the following:

  • Lodge a police report.

  • Provide two passport size photographs (with plain white background) to the Consulate-General. Instant photographs are acceptable.

  • Contact the Consulate-General in person with the police report and photographs. You should also bring along documentary proof of your Singapore citizenship e.g. NRIC, Photocard Driving Licence or credit card with photograph.
